Dwight Saxon is a retired firefighter, where he served with honor and dedication before retiring over 18 years ago. During his time in the fire service, Dwight built and operated several successful businesses, all of which he sold following his retirement—a testament to his business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
Today, he is the founder of GenElvate AI, a company that helps businesses grow through innovative, AI-powered marketing strategies. From lead generation to automated workflows, GenElvate AI empowers business owners to scale faster, with greater efficiency and less stress.
Dwight Saxon also founded and operated Saxon Archives, a successful business that provided secure document storage, shredding, scanning, and medical waste disposal services across South Florida. Under his leadership, the company became known for its reliability and discretion, particularly among law firms, medical offices, and government agencies. His strategic approach to customer service and operational efficiency helped the company grow steadily until its sale.
During this time, Dwight was an active member of the Executive Association of the Palm Beaches—a prestigious networking group founded in 1984 and comprised of over 100 business leaders. As a member for 10 years, he contributed to and benefited from a dynamic exchange of referrals and business expertise. In his final year with the group, members collectively referred over $33 million in business to one another, a testament to the strength and impact of the network.
Beyond business, Dwight’s heart is in service. He founded the First Responders Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from shelters and trains them to be therapy dogs for first responders battling PTSD and anxiety—completely free of charge.
He’s also the founder of the Retired Firefighters of Palm Beach County Association, helping to keep retired firefighters connected and supported.
Dwight has been happily married to his college sweetheart for over 50 years. Together, they’ve raised two children and are the proud grandparents of two granddaughters. In his free time, you’ll find Dwight out saltwater fishing or enjoying a day on the golf course.
With a lifetime of service, leadership, and business success behind him, Dwight now channels his experience into helping others—whether it’s growing a business, healing from trauma, or simply living a life of purpose.
